Are you struggling with your dog's leash pulling, jumping, or lack of focus? Do you wish you could come home to a calmer, more well-behaved companion? Our day training program offers a flexible and effective solution!

While you're at work or taking care of your daily tasks, our experienced and certified dog trainer will work one-on-one with your dog on essential skills and address specific behavioral goals you have in mind.

Let us do some of the hard work for you. We can train your dog in your own home and neighborhood, whether it’s for basic good manners or part of a behavior modification plan for a behavior problem

You do not have to be present for these sessions! At the end of each week we will schedule an Owner Transfer session. An Owner Transfer session is where we teach you the skills to attain the same results we have achieved during the week.

Day Training programs are customized for each individual owner/ dog situation. Though the program is designed for the trainer to do the bulk of the work, the owner is required to follow management instructions and practice some training exercises during the week.
Day Training uses a combination of intensive hands on training sessions, play, and exercise.
Includes written training plans and exercises.
We carry full insurance through Capital Premium Finance.

Polite Paws Basic Manners Package- $2,160

Your trainer will work exclusively with your dog 3 days a week for a total of 12 sessions. The 4th day each week your trainer will work with both you and your dog together for a total of 4 sessions. This is 16 total sessions completed in 4 to 6 weeks.

Best Suited For: Adult dogs and older puppies needing foundational obedience skills.

Puppy Power Start- $1620

Your trainer will work exclusively with your dog 3 days a week for a total of 9 sessions. The 4th day each week your trainer will work with both you and your dog together for a total of 3 sessions. This is 12 total sessions completed in 3-5 weeks.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

Full payment within 24 hours after dates are scheduled is required to confirm your appointments.

Day Training Lessons are non-refundable and non-transferrable. We do not offer refunds on unscheduled lessons. All sales and payments are final.

One Smart Dog, LLC reserves the right to terminate the training contract at any time before or during its term if Trainer determines that a danger exists to the health and safety of the public, Trainer, owner or dog. Should the Trainer or Owner terminate the training contract at any time prior to completion, all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Contracts for on-going training are automatically terminated if we do not hear from the client for a period of 90 days. After 90 days, on-going training contract will cease. No refund will be issued for any lessons or classes remaining on contract.

GUARANTEE

Our services are not guaranteed. Dog behavior is not static and can change over time due to developmental periods, aging, and health. Pet owners influence their dog’s behavior and must do the assigned training homework for optimal results.

TRAINING SUPPLIES

Clients are responsible for providing the necessary materials needed for training. Including, but not limited to: treats, toys, leash, collar, harness, etc.

TRAINING METHODS

One Smart Dog uses reward-based methods that are backed by science to modify your dog's behavior. Because a reward makes your dog more likely to repeat the behavior, positive reinforcement is one of your most powerful tools for shaping or changing your dog’s behavior. The use of pain, fear, or intimidation may lead to fear or aggression.
